Council Meetings

Council Meetings are held the 3rd Monday of every month at 7:00 PM in Council Chambers in the Hay Lakes Recreation Centre.  These meetings are open to the public, residents are free to come sit in on a meeting, or bring an issue before council.

Presenting to Council

If you or your organization have an issue or concern that you would like to put before Council, or you would like to make a presentation to Council, please fill out the form below and return to the Village Office no later than seven (7) days before the Regular Meeting of Council.

Each delegate will have fifteen (15) minutes to make their presentation to council, unless granted more time by the Council Chair.
